Receival of order 
We aim to be shipping orders out at on each Wednesday, we are a small team so if you need an order to be sent for an upcoming special occasion or just a last minute order, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to get the wines to you.  
 
Pick Up Order 
Orders can be placed and picked up on the same day at South West Wine Shop in Busselton. Please notify pick up option when placing an order. All orders need to be placed before 6pm. Note we are closed Monday and Tuesday, pick up orders are only available Wednesday – Saturday. If you have enquiries outside of these hours for pick up please email the team at wine@busseltonpavilion.com.au or call at (08) 9752 6000 and we will try our best to accommodate.  
 
You will need to show your email receipt and sign for your order when you pick it up so please let us know if somebody else will be collecting it on your behalf. If they look under they age of 25 they will need to bring proof of identification.  

We request that orders be collected from our store within 10 days. Feel free to contact us if you don't feel you will be able to reach us within 10 days. Orders will be held at the store for up to 2 weeks. If you do not pick up your order within this time, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

Shipping 

Our shipping goes through Australia Post and shipping from a rural area. Any persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age. Alcoholic beverage deliveries can be safe dropped, but if someone receives the package and looks under 25, they will need to show identification of age.  
 
Free Shipping 

Orders of $199** or more receive free standard shipping Australia-wide, excluding Northern Territory. 

Paid Shipping 

If your order does not qualify for free same day or free $199 (Australia-wide), shipping charges will be calculated at checkout depending on shipping option selected.  

We do not offer international shipping.

General Shipping Notes 

Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Tracking numbers are provided by email when dispatched from South West Wine Shop. Timing for delivery is dependent upon location and shipping option selected. 

You will be notified as soon as possible of any potential delays that arise with your order. If there is any risk of extreme hot weather, we will avoid shipping your order and contact you directly. 

If you receive your item, and it has experienced severe damage whilst in transit, please contact us and we will look into the matter for you. If your item has experience minor damage, such as scratches or label wear and tear we will review this as a case by case and will provide a solution if deemed necessary by our team.
